The Emergency Services Rescue Training staff is a collection of some of the best safety and rescue professionals in the United States.
ESRT is governed by a five member board of directors that meets quarterly.
Emergency Services Rescue Training (ESRT, Inc.) is a 501(c)3 not for profit company based in State College PA. Our main mission is to train emergency responders as well as employees how to be better prepared to respond to and manage farm related emergencies. The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be:
a) To develop training curricula for fire, rescue, EMS, and law enforcement providers (emergency service responders) dealing with proper management of farm, construction and other industrial related emergencies.
b) To develop a national and international network of instructors and sponsors to deliver and evaluate training programs dealing with managing farm, construction and other industrial related emergencies.
c) To maintain a conduit for sharing information pertaining to industrial safety and health issues.
d) To develop and implement various training programs for industrial workers and owners dealing with topics of how to manage emergencies prior to arrival of emergency service personnel.
e) To assist workers and owners of farm, construction, and other industries how to identify and mitigate hazards in their workplaces.
f) Cooperate with other training agencies in the development of superior educational models for managing various community emergencies.
